2nd Quarter Sports

Our 2nd Quarter Season ended on Thursday.  Boys Volleyball and 7th Grade Softball took on Stapley and 8th Grade Softball took on Fremont.  All three teams competed in the championship game for city titles.  Unfortunately, each team came up short after giving their opponents a good fight! We will honor our 2nd Quarter Athletes at our Quarterly Sports Banquet on December 15th at 5:30 pm in the cafeteria.  Family and friends are welcome to come celebrate these fantastic athletes.  Teams eat free and family and friends pay a small price. More info to come.

AVID T Shirt Orders - The AVID Students have designed their own AVID Shirt and we are selling them through the link below.  One of my main goals for the AVID program here at Poston is to create a sense of belonging within our community.  Any funds raised from the t-shirt sales will go towards covering any costs associated with our proposed field trip to ASU next semester. The last day to order will be December 9th.  Click the link below to order.  When ordering, please enter your student's name to make delivery easier.  The shirts will be distributed to your student's first hour class once they arrive.

They can be purchased online or at the bookstore. NOTE:  Yearbooks will be delivered to students the last week of school.

NJHS Fundraiser - Feed your family and fund NJHS next Thursday, Dec. 8th by eating at By the Bucket between 5-8 PM at the Lindsay and University location. Mention Poston Junior High and part of the proceeds will go to Poston NJHS
